I am a culture journalist and film writer based in London.

Since 2020, I have been writing film reviews and essays for online publications, and from 2022 onwards I turned to freelance film criticism full-time. 

I have reported from multiple editions of the Cannes and Venice film festivals, and interview directors, wrote op-eds and reported on major TV productions for publications such as British GQ, Big Issue, TIME Magazine, Little White Lies, and more.

I write lists, recommendations, and guides for BFI, Vulture, A.V. Club, and AnOther Magazine. I write retrospective essays and Blu-ray previews for Inverse. I have contributed programme notes for Glasgow Film Theatre.
